Throne is a comprehensive, cross-platform GUI proxy utility empowered by the sing-box core. It is designed to provide a unified interface for managing improved network privacy and access, supporting a wide range of protocols including Shadowsocks, Trojan, VMess, and WireGuard. It serves as a modern successor to projects like Nekoray, offering enhanced stability and new features.
The application features a user-friendly interface for configuring complex proxy rules, managing subscriptions, and monitoring network performance. Available for Windows, Linux, and macOS, Throne ensures a consistent and secure browsing experience across different operating systems, making it an essential tool for users needing reliable internet access and privacy.
Use Cases:
Qt based Desktop cross-platform GUI proxy utility, empowered by Sing-box (https://github.com/SagerNet/sing-box)
Supports Windows 11/10/8/7 / Linux / MacOS out of the box.
Apple platforms have a very strict security policy and since Throne does not have a signed certificate, you will have to remove the quarantine using xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /path/to/throne.app. Also to get the built-in privilege escalation to work, Terminal should have the Full Disk access.
